No Lo Vamos a Olvidar !

The Suit incident...or in the words of Barney Stinson : Suit up !

Well...it's been a while since i wrote anything here, but i kinda have my reasons;i spent a month in Hungary and traveling in Europe but we will get back to that later , and then it was Ramadan followed by Eid EL Fitr and my cousin's wedding and spending time with the family...and the fact i was actually bored which i still am but i promised Emma that i will write something so here goes...

It all started with my cousin's wedding day being the same day as the 1st day in Eid EL fitr and since the whole family gathered from all around the globe for the wedding , i decided to spend some time with the family which were in Cairo setting up for the wedding, and since the wedding was set to be on Sunday and my brother and parents weren't going to Cairo till Saturday , so i finished my work at the hospital on Wednesday and i went and bought some stuff i needed for the wedding and i got home and packed my stuff so i will leave the first thing in the next morning and nice i don't drive i was taking the bus to Cairo ,so i only had a small back pack with some T-shirts and i left my suit ,tie , shirt and shoes with the rents so they bring them on Saturday when they arrive. the wedding day came and i took a shower and started getting ready , i took the suit out , started wearing the pants which felt kinda big but i thought that's cause i lost some weight while i was traveling , i tried to button it up but it did far away from my waist , and i was thinking like "that's too big , that's not my pants , damn that's not my suit , that's my dad's !"

Yup, my mother brought the wrong suit ! and it was already 7:30 and we were supposed to be there at 8:30 tops to set things up and have family photos , so i started calling up my cousins trying to find someone's suit that fits but i couldn't , i started thinking of all the possible solutions to the situations and i reached the only rational one which was to buy a new suit...but wait it was the first day of Eid El fitr and many of the shops were closed , i decided to take my chances and i went searching for a suit and luckily i found one at the first shop i went to but the pants needed to be fixed and the guy there told me u can have it tomorrow so i just took it as it is and arrived at the hotel where they were having the wedding i went to my cousin's room and i called the hotel for a sewing kit and my mom actually helped fixing the pants. and here goes , a catastrophe averted , and i made it to the wedding in time and it was one of the best weddings i 've been to and it was really fun and that means something comin' out from me cause i really HATE weddings !

and that was the suit incident...

Can't sleep !

It's 10:00 am , i'm in bed and i can't sleep so i wanted to try blogging from my mobile using the wireless connection...oh, i'm yawning now...may be i'll be able to get some sleep after all !

The Oscars

As usual , i was up all night watching The Oscars , It was awesome , Hugh Jackman did a great job as the host to my surprise, singing and dancing , he showed he's a versatile talented actor , also making an opening number after the Academy canceled it due to financial cutbacks.Also , Slumdong Millionaire winning like 8 Oscars or something , it was really nice watching the actors standing all together in joy with a sense of achievement , the whole ceremony was great especially Heath Ledger winning a posthumous Oscar which was my favourite part of the night...anyways here are the results :

1. My height is 170 cm..i guess...
2. I hate seafood , i actually can't stand it except for tuna.
3. I had a water turtle named Poseidon but it died, was my first pet too...
4. I prefer cats to dogs, i think cats got stronger personality or somethin'
5. I wanna get a black cat.people find it strange,esp my parents.
6. I'm lazy , a couch potato and i'm proud...Laziness is my thing :D
7. When people call me weird i actually take it as a compliment.
8. I actually love Egypt and i'm proud of being an egyptian, it's just the ppl in charge that piss me off
9. I love Italy , i wanna go there someday..and Japan too , my Fav. countries.
10. My fav. colour is Blue , at one point of my life all my clothes were different shades of blue.
11. I don't see why ppl like kids , i find them annoying and if i ever had any i'll love 'em just coz they're mine .
12. I'm too picky and probably will end up alone..plus it keeps me from getting hurt.
13. I believe there's nothing special about me , i have no hidden talents nor amazing skills.

15. I love studying medicine, i enjoy it actually but i hate how stuck up drs at colg. ruined that for me
